JEWELLERY COLLECTION FOLIO

JVL can prepare a comprehensive valuation reports for your jewellery collection. The report includes detailed item descriptions, diamond grading, coloured stone identification, metal test and quality assessments. It also features a digital photograph of each piece and an assigned value.

This is ideal for insurance purposes, estate distribution, wills, probate, divorce settlements or simply as a record of your personal assets. It is issued with the client’s information included.

UPDATED VALUATION REPORT

A copy of the valuation is stored in our archive for three years. Anytime during this period, you can have the items revalued at a reduced fee. We recommend a revaluation every two to three years depending on your insurance policy.

Gold Valuation Report

Diamond Identification Report

The Diamond Identification Report verifies the authenticity and quality of your diamond in accordance with recognised grading standards. It includes information on the Four Cs carat, colour, clarity and cut along with other or any relevant key characteristics to ensure accurate identification.

What the Identification Report Includes

The Identification Report includes a written description of key attributes, which may include:

  • Natural vs. laboratory-grown

This report is issued without a value.

QUALITY ASSESSMENT REPORT

This report evaluates diamonds and gemstones based on key qualities such as weight, colour, clarity and cut. Some reports may also include information on the finish and any detectable treatments the stone has undergone.

A Quality Assessment Report includes a written description and an assessment of some of the following details:

A Technical Report offers a comprehensive analysis of the physical and structural features of an item. This detailed appraisal can be used for various purposes, including:
